How do I determine the voltage and capacity I need?
Voltage must match your device’s requirements, while capacity (measured in mAh) affects runtime. If you’re unsure, refer to your device’s specifications or reach out to us for guidance.
Can you match my battery to a specific size or shape?
NiMH cells have fixed sizes and weights, but we offer a variety of configurations to help fit your specific application. If you have size constraints, let us know your requirements, and we’ll work to find the best possible solution. While we may not always achieve exact dimensions, we will do our best to provide a suitable alternative.
What types of connectors do you offer?
We provide a variety of connectors to match different NiMH battery sizes and applications:

Do you provide warranties for custom batteries?
Yes, our custom NiMH batteries include a 12-month standard warranty covering manufacturing defects. However, as each battery is made to order, we cannot accept returns unless there is a fault—for example, if the battery is no longer needed or unsuitable for your application.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the battery specifications meet their needs before production begins. Once assembly starts, orders cannot be cancelled.
How much does a custom NiMH battery cost?
Pricing depends on factors such as voltage, capacity, and any additional features. We’ll provide a customised quote after assessing your specifications.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we cannot ship batteries outside the UK. If international delivery is needed, customers must arrange their own forwarding service.
