At Overlander Batteries, we are committed to protecting the environment and ensuring responsible disposal of batteries. In partnership with BatteryBack, we are proud to operate as an Approved Battery Compliance Scheme under UK regulations (Battery Compliance Reg Number: BPRN02613).

Take-Back Scheme
Under the Waste Batteries and Accumulators Regulations, Overlander Batteries offers a take-back scheme for all portable waste batteries. Drop them off at our premises or find a local facility at BatteryBack.org. Never return used batteries in the post. They are classified as electrical waste and pose a risk to postal workers due to potential leakage or short-circuiting. Always drop them off in person at a recycling point. In compliance with the WEEE Regulations, we also accept waste electrical items for free return.Â
